The first presentation, scheduled for April 19th at 2:00 PM is entitled, “E-Discovery Unleashed” and will cover topics including what you need to know about e-discovery, common pitfalls, and proactive steps that can be taken to protect your company. To better illustrate the issues for consideration, the discussion will incorporate a series of video vignettes showcasing a number of classic mistakes and discussion of how to avoid them.

The second presentation, scheduled for April 19th at 3:45 PM is entitled, “Achieving Business Efficiencies, Cost Savings and Risk Reduction through Better Information Management and Litigation Readiness”. At this panel discussion, participants will learn about a myriad of topics, including identifying and reducing risk with regard to electronic records, what proactive steps can be taken to improve information accessibility and achieve litigation readiness, and how to take advantage of new and emerging technologies to achieve efficiency and cost savings.
